Who we are
A training organisation built on one simple standard
NOURLIX provides training, teaching, educational support and skills-transfer services across academic, professional, technical, linguistic, scientific, digital and cultural fields.
Our identity
What NOURLIX does, precisely
NOURLIX is a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée), registered with the Boulogne-sur-Mer trade and companies register on 26 August 2026, with a share capital of €30,000. Its registered activity is the delivery of training, teaching, educational support and skills-transfer services.
In practice we do three things. We design training programmes from a need expressed by an organisation. We deliver them — face to face, in a virtual classroom or in a blended format, in French and in English. And we assess what has genuinely been learned, and then what has been transferred into the workplace.
We do not act as a consultancy, nor as a recruitment agency. Our business is training: instructional design, delivery and the measurement of learning.
Our mission
To make a skill accessible, verifiable and immediately useful in the real work of the person who acquires it.
That sentence commits us to three things: teaching that starts from the actual level of the participants, assessment that demonstrates learning, and content tied to concrete professional situations. Everything else follows from it.
The 3A method
Assess, Acquire, Anchor
Our approach is the same in every field. It structures the course into three sequences, two of which take place outside the classroom.
Assess — the preparatory phase
A scoping interview with the sponsor to identify the skills gap to be closed, rather than the course that was requested. A placement test sent to participants to measure their entry level. Translation of the need into learning objectives written as observable action verbs. Validation of the programme, duration and delivery mode before contracting.
Acquire — the delivery phase
Short sequences alternating structured input and hands-on practice. The cases worked on are drawn from the real environment of the participants, not from generic case studies. Drills, individual feedback, sub-group work and progressive validation of learning, module by module.
Anchor — the follow-up phase
Each participant leaves with a written personal action plan committing to two or three dated actions. Consolidation resources remain available. A follow-up assessment is carried out some months after the course, and a debrief is offered to the sponsor to measure transfer into the workplace.
Our teaching principles
Five rules we do not negotiate
Objective before content
A programme never begins with a list of topics. It begins with what the participant must be able to do by the end of the course.
Practice in the majority
Our programmes devote the greater part of the time to drills, case analysis and role play. Presentation is there to frame, not to fill.
The small group
A limited headcount is a condition of quality: it guarantees speaking time, individual practice and genuinely personal feedback.
The client's context
Exercises, examples and vocabulary are those of the participants' own work. Generic training produces generic learning.
Proof of learning
Every course ends with a formal assessment of learning, issued in writing. The certificate is not an administrative formality but a pedagogical finding.
Accessibility by default
Our materials, pacing and delivery modes are designed to be adaptable. A need for adjustment is handled in advance, not in a rush.
Quality and compliance
Our regulatory framework
Professional training is a regulated activity in France. NOURLIX operates within the obligations of the Labour Code applicable to training providers, in particular the duty to inform the trainee fully before final enrolment (article L. 6353-8): objectives, content, list of trainers, timetable, assessment arrangements, contact details of the person responsible for relations with trainees, and the applicable internal rules.
Every course is the subject of written information provided in advance, before any final enrolment, and of a formal assessment of learning. Our programmes are designed, delivered and assessed to the same standard of rigour, whatever the field.

Accessibility and inclusion
Training must remain accessible
Our courses are accessible to people with disabilities. Delivery methods, materials, pacing and venues can be adjusted, reviewed case by case and ahead of the start of the course.
Requests for adjustment should be addressed to our disability contact, who assesses feasibility with the participant and the sponsor, draws on specialist disability services where needed, and confirms the arrangements before the course begins. Where an adjustment is required, the access lead time is reviewed with you.
