Building the skills that make the difference
NOURLIX is a French training organisation. We design and deliver training for companies, public institutions, local authorities and organisations across seven fields of competence: management and professional skills, digital technology and artificial intelligence, languages, technical and safety subjects, scientific practice, academic support and cultural mediation.
Courses are delivered as open-enrolment sessions, in-company programmes or bespoke pathways — face to face, in a virtual classroom or in a blended format, in French and in English.
Our fields
Seven fields, one standard
Each field brings together short courses and longer pathways, built from the real working situations of our clients. All share the same instructional architecture and the same standard of rigour.
Management & professional skills
Taking up a management role, team leadership, professional communication, project management, personal effectiveness and conflict handling.
ExploreDigital & artificial intelligence
Generative AI literacy, advanced office tools, data skills, cybersecurity awareness and responsible, compliant use of digital tools.
ExploreLanguages & communication
Professional English, French as a foreign language and Arabic, assessed against the CEFR scale and built around real workplace use.
ExploreTechnical, safety & prevention
Occupational risk prevention, workplace safety, posture and manual handling, and the employer's legal duties on health and safety.
ExploreScientific & laboratory
Experimental method, metrology and measurement uncertainty, quality assurance and documentary rigour for technical and scientific environments.
ExploreAcademic & cultural
Train-the-trainer, study methodology, educational support and cultural mediation — the craft of passing knowledge on.
ExploreHow we work
Three ways of working with us
A training course only has value if it fits a specific situation. So we adapt the framework before we adapt the content.
Open enrolment
You enrol one or more staff on a scheduled session bringing together participants from different organisations. The most economical format, and the richest in exchange of practice.
In-company
We train a group from a single organisation, on your premises or in a virtual classroom. Content is adjusted to your context, your tools and your professional vocabulary.
Bespoke
We build a complete programme from an analysis of your needs: instructional design, materials, delivery, assessment and post-training follow-up.
The NOURLIX method
Assess · Acquire · Anchor
A successful course is not measured by satisfaction at the end of the session, but by what participants do differently three months later. Our method is built around that objective.
Assess — before
A scoping interview with the sponsor, analysis of the real need, a placement test for participants and the definition of observable learning objectives. Nothing is designed before this stage.
Acquire — during
A systematic alternation of structured input and hands-on practice. Case studies drawn from your own environment, role plays, drills and individual feedback. Theory serves practice, never the other way round.
Anchor — after
A written personal action plan at the end of the course, consolidation resources, a follow-up review some months later and a debrief with the sponsor to measure transfer into the workplace.
Who we work with
Different audiences, distinct answers
Companies and SMEs
Upskilling teams, supporting managers, regulatory compliance and digital transformation, within the company skills development plan.
Institutions and public authorities
Training officers and senior staff, cultural mediation, languages, and support through reorganisation and transition.
Schools and associations
Educational support, train-the-trainer programmes, methodology and support for teaching teams and non-profit organisations.
International organisations
Bilingual French–English delivery, intercultural adaptation of content and support for multicultural teams.
Our commitments
What we guarantee, course after course
- A written objective before any design work. Every programme starts from learning objectives phrased as action verbs and measurable at the end of the course.
- Practitioner trainers. Our trainers work, or have worked, in the field they teach. The list of trainers is provided before final enrolment.
- Deliberately small groups. To protect speaking time, hands-on practice and individual feedback.
- Full information up front. Objectives, content, duration, prerequisites, delivery methods, fees, access lead times and accessibility arrangements are all provided before enrolment.
- Accessibility as a principle. Our courses can be adapted for participants with disabilities; a named contact reviews every request for reasonable adjustment.
- Systematic assessment. Initial placement, assessment of learning, immediate satisfaction review and a follow-up review several months later.
