Disability adviser

Our courses are accessible to people with disabilities. Delivery methods, materials, pacing and venues can all be adjusted.

Requests for adjustment should be addressed to our disability adviser, ahead of the start of the course. We assess feasibility with you, draw on specialist services where needed, and confirm the arrangements before the course begins. The access lead time is then reviewed with you.

Access lead times

Initial response: Within 72 working hours of receiving your enquiry.
In-company and bespoke: Around four weeks between approval of the quotation and the first hour of training.
Open enrolment: According to the session calendar; enrolment possible up to ten working days before the start.
Disability: Lead time reviewed with you wherever an adjustment is required.

Three things that save us both time

Who are the participants?

Their role, how many there are, and their current level on the subject. That determines the entry level of the programme and how groups are formed.

What must they be able to do?

Describe the expected outcome in terms of concrete actions rather than topics to be covered. That is where all instructional design starts.

What are your constraints?

Timing, team availability, venue, indicative budget and intended funding route. Better to know them before designing anything.
