Terms of sale
Purpose and scope
These terms govern relations between NOURLIX, as training provider, and any natural or legal person purchasing a training service, hereafter the Client. They apply to all services, whatever the delivery mode, and prevail over any purchasing conditions of the Client save by express written agreement.
Formation of the contract
Every enquiry gives rise to a detailed proposal setting out the learning objectives, programme, duration, delivery mode, group size, venue, schedule and price. The contract is formed by return of the proposal dated, signed and marked as accepted, or by signature of a professional training agreement.
In accordance with article L. 6353-8 of the French Labour Code, the objectives and content of the course, the list of trainers, the timetable, the assessment arrangements, the contact details of the person responsible for relations with trainees and the applicable internal rules are made available before any final enrolment.
Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros and exclusive of tax. They include instructional design, delivery, the materials issued to participants and the assessment arrangements. Unless stated otherwise, they do not include trainer travel and accommodation costs, room hire where this is at our expense, or participant catering, all of which are invoiced separately and stated on the quotation.
Save by specific agreement, invoices are payable within thirty days of their date of issue, by bank transfer. Value added tax is applied at the rate in force, subject to the exemption applicable to continuing professional training under article 261-4-4° a of the French General Tax Code. The treatment applied is stated on the quotation and invoice.
Late payment
Any late payment automatically gives rise, without prior formal notice, to late payment interest calculated at the European Central Bank refinancing rate plus ten percentage points, together with a fixed recovery indemnity of forty euros, in accordance with articles L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code.
Third-party funding
Where the Client seeks funding of all or part of the cost from a skills operator or other funder, it is for the Client to make the application before the course begins, to ensure it has been accepted, and then to state the payment subrogation explicitly on the enrolment form or agreement.
In the event of partial funding, the balance is invoiced to the Client. If the funding agreement has not reached NOURLIX by the first day of the course, or if the funder refuses or discontinues funding for any reason, the full cost remains payable by the Client.
Cancellation, postponement and substitution
By the Client. Any cancellation or request for postponement must be notified in writing. The following terms apply, save where the quotation provides otherwise:
| More than 15 working days before the start | No charge |
|---|---|
| Between 15 and 8 working days before the start | 30% of the total value of the service |
| Fewer than 8 working days before the start | 70% of the total value of the service |
| Unnotified absence or withdrawal during the course | 100% of the total value of the service |
Substituting a participant with another member of the Client's staff of comparable level and role is free of charge up to the start of the session, on simple written notice.
Sums due in respect of late cancellation constitute a contractual indemnity and cannot be submitted for funding. They are not deductible against the statutory training contribution.
By NOURLIX. NOURLIX reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session in the event of insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability or force majeure. The Client is informed as soon as possible. A new date is proposed; failing agreement, sums already paid are refunded in full. No further indemnity is payable.
Performance of the service
NOURLIX is bound by an obligation of means. It reserves the right to replace a trainer with another of equivalent competence, or to make such adjustments to the programme as are made necessary by the actual level of participants or by circumstances, without the Client being entitled to rely on this to withhold payment.
Attendance is evidenced by attendance sheets signed for each half-day. A certificate of completion and an end-of-training attestation are issued at the end of the service.
Client obligations
The Client undertakes to provide the information needed to scope the service, to ensure participants attend, and, where the course takes place on its premises, to provide a suitable room and the agreed equipment. It informs NOURLIX in advance of any need for adjustment related to a disability.
Confidentiality
Each party undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information of any kind that comes to its knowledge in connection with the service. This undertaking continues for three years after the end of the service.
Force majeure
Neither party may be held liable for a failure to perform its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code. If the impediment continues beyond two months, either party may terminate the contract without indemnity.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable settlement. Failing agreement within sixty days of the first written complaint, the dispute will be brought before the competent court.
Internal rules for trainees
Internal rules, drawn up in accordance with articles L. 6352-3 et seq. and R. 6352-1 et seq. of the French Labour Code, apply to every person attending a course delivered by NOURLIX. They set out the general health and safety rules, the measures applicable in the event of an accident, the disciplinary rules, the nature and scale of sanctions, and the trainee's rights of defence.
These rules are issued to each participant before the course begins and made available with the joining instructions. Where the course takes place on the Client's premises, the health and safety provisions of the host establishment apply. They may be obtained on request at contact@nourlixeducation.com.
Accessibility and disability
Accessibility of our courses
Our courses are accessible to people with disabilities. Delivery methods, materials, pacing and venues can all be adjusted, reviewed case by case and ahead of the start of the course.
Requests should be addressed to our disability adviser, whose details appear on the Contact page. We assess feasibility with the participant and the sponsor, draw on specialist disability services where needed, and confirm the arrangements before the course begins. Where an adjustment is required, the access lead time is reviewed with the Client.
Digital accessibility of this site
This site has been built following digital accessibility good practice: semantic page structure, heading hierarchy, sufficient contrast, keyboard navigation, a skip link, alternative text on informative images and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
NOURLIX does not fall within the scope of the organisations subject to the French general accessibility improvement framework, and therefore publishes no declaration of conformity on that basis. If you encounter difficulty accessing any content on this site, please report it to contact@nourlixeducation.com: we will provide the information you were looking for by another means and correct the point raised.
Performance indicators
As NOURLIX began trading in 2026, its first performance indicators — participant satisfaction rate, rate of achievement of learning objectives, completion rate, number of people trained and number of sessions delivered — will be published on this page after the first training sessions, together with their reference period and method of calculation.
Complaints and mediation
Any complaint concerning a training service may be sent in writing to contact@nourlixeducation.com, or by post to the registered office. We acknowledge receipt within five working days and provide a reasoned reply within thirty days.
Complaints are recorded, analysed and, where justified, give rise to a corrective action which is followed up and communicated to the complainant.
