Our training

Seven fields of competence, one shared architecture

Each field brings together short courses and longer pathways. All follow the same instructional structure: observable objectives, a defined audience, explicit prerequisites, a modular programme and formal assessment.

Formats

Open enrolment, in-company or bespoke

The format determines the price, the composition of the group and the degree to which content is adapted. It is chosen before the programme.

Delivery modes

Face to face, remote or blended

The choice of delivery mode is a pedagogical decision, not a logistical one. Some skills are acquired in the room; others are consolidated better through short, spaced sessions.

  • Face to face — in-company on your site, or in a room we book. The most effective format for role play, group dynamics and practical technique.
  • Virtual classroom — live sessions led by a trainer, in blocks of two to three hours. Suited to distributed teams and to individual language pathways.
  • Blended — remote sequences alternating with face-to-face sessions, with work between modules. The format most favourable to lasting change.
  • Work-based training (AFEST) — for skills acquired at the workstation, with a trained workplace tutor and structured reflective sequences.

Methods used

The teaching techniques employed, the equipment provided and the materials issued.

Assessment arrangements

How learning is assessed, and what recognition is issued at the end.

Fees and funding

The applicable fee, payment terms and the funding schemes that can be used.

Access lead times

The time between your request and the start of the course, and the enrolment deadline.

Accessibility

Arrangements for participants with disabilities and the contact for adjustment requests.

Funding

How to fund a NOURLIX course

A training course can be funded through several channels, which combine differently depending on your status.

  • The company's own funds — within the skills development plan. Available immediately, with no requirement that the provider be certified.
  • OPCO — your skills operator may cover all or part of the cost. Coverage requires the provider to hold Qualiopi certification.
  • CPF, France Travail, Region, State — these schemes are reserved for courses delivered by a Qualiopi-certified provider and, for the CPF, for courses leading to a certification listed in the national registers.

To work out the most suitable arrangement for your situation, tell us your status and the funding route you have in mind, and we will advise you accordingly.

Compliance block — common to all our courses

Access arrangements and lead times
Initial response within 72 working hours of receiving your request. The average time between approval of the quotation and the first hour of training is four weeks for in-company work, and depends on the published calendar for open sessions. Enrolment is possible up to ten working days before the start, subject to available places and confirmation of funding.
Teaching resources and equipment
A room equipped with a projector or a virtual classroom platform, digital materials issued to each participant, exercises and case studies, and reference documentation. Attendance sheets signed for each half-day.
Trainer qualifications
Our trainers have demonstrable professional experience in the field they teach and practical experience of facilitation. The named list of trainers is provided before final enrolment.
Assessment of learning
Placement test beforehand, formative assessment during the course (quizzes, practical cases, role play), summative assessment at the end, satisfaction review immediately afterwards and a follow-up review some months later.
Recognition issued
A certificate of completion and an end-of-training attestation stating the objectives and the results of the assessment of learning.
Accessibility for participants with disabilities
Courses can be adapted. Contact our disability adviser to review the adjustments required; the access lead time is then reviewed with you.

Frequently asked questions

How large are the groups?

Our sessions are deliberately limited in size to protect speaking time and individual practice. The maximum headcount is stated on each programme and appears on the quotation. For in-company work we adapt the headcount to the content: a technical or language course needs a smaller group than an awareness session.

Can you deliver on our premises?

Yes. It is in fact the most common arrangement for in-company work. We simply ask for a room that allows sub-group work and has a projection system. We deliver throughout France; travel costs are shown separately on the quotation.

Can courses be delivered in English?

Yes. Our courses are available in French and in English, with materials in the chosen language. For multicultural groups we also adapt case studies and references to the participants' context.

How do you measure whether a course worked?

At four levels. Immediate satisfaction, collected at the end of the session. Learning, measured by a formal assessment. Transfer, assessed some months after the course. And, where the sponsor wishes, the effect on the indicators they themselves defined at the scoping stage.

What happens if a participant has to cancel?

Substituting one participant for another member of staff is free of charge up to the start of the session. Cancellation and postponement terms are set out in our terms of sale.

What recognition do you issue at the end of a course?

Every course gives rise to a certificate of completion and an end-of-training attestation stating the objectives and the results of the assessment of learning. For courses that prepare for a certification, the recognition aimed at is stated on the programme provided before enrolment.
